The location-based revitalisation of an office building opposite the Riedberg campus of the Goethe University in Frankfurt led to a change of use to student accommodation. CADMAN developed the name and a customised marketing package, which included a film, space- and cost-optimised furnishing for 273 flats, through to give-aways and ads.
