In the little village of Steinfort near the city of Luxembourg, the project developer is creating a new quarter with residential and commercial units. The distinguishing feature of all the marketing material is a watercolour painting style, designed to reflect the picturesque character of the rural location. This was also used in the film by CADMAN, in order to ensure a uniform presentation of the quarter across all media.
